National College of Ireland (NCI) is a leading third-level education institution located in Dublin, Ireland. It was founded in 1951 and offers a wide range Higher Certificate, Bachelor, Higher Diploma, and Master courses. NCI enjoys an enviable location in the heart of the Dublin’s International Financial Services Centre - close to a range of shops, restaurants and bars. Due to NCI’s central location, there is a range of student accommodation options available for anyone moving to Dublin. Grafton street is just a 22 minute walk away and O’Connell street is even closer, just 15 minutes away.
Finding suitable accommodation in Dublin city is certainly a challenge at present. Purpose-built student accommodation typically consists of high quality rooms with private bathroom in shared apartments and it is our core offering at Studenthouse.com. Room prices vary subject to the length of the lease however they typically range from €250 – €280 per week (inclusive of bills) for private bedrooms and from €190 per week for shared (twin rooms). Bills are included in prices and there are also a host of amenities (gym, cinema, study rooms) on site which residents can avail of. The contracts are typically available for either summer, semester, academic or 51 week lets – dates are fixed and there is very little booking date flexibility offered by the property managers.

If you’re not looking for an entire apartment/house – you could consider renting a room within a house or in an apartment/house with other (house share). Prices vary widely for this option depending on location, housing quality, bills, 5-night arrangements etc. however the standard prices would range from €550 to €1,050 per month.
